If your Firefox web browser user interface has gone Pear-Shaped after the latest update, the Problem is easy to fix Firefox web browser!

Something really strange happened to my Mozilla Firefox web browser’s User Interface (UI) this week.  The problem started after an upgrade to the latest Version of Mozilla Firefox 33 on my Windows 7 Desktop PC.  What was the problem you guys might be asking?

Well, once I started the web browser, I could not browse at all, and there was not even a File menu. The whole user interface went pear shaped.  Down below is a screenshot of the Problem.

Some of you might also experience this problem. After posting my question about this on the Firefox community Support website, I found a solution.  I must admit that even I didn’t know how to solve this problem.

Apparently, the problem lies with some users who have Intel HD Graphics card.  Once you upgrade Mozilla Firefox web browser, the old drivers become incompatible. Who would have thought? so the solution is to upgrade your graphics card drivers to the latest drivers.  Here is a quick step by step guide on how to upgrade your drivers if you don’t already know how to.

Upgrade Graphics Card Drivers

step 1 Start control panel and click on where it says Hardware and Sound

step 6Once it finds the drivers, it will ask you to restart your computer.  Save any documents you may have opened and restart your computer.

That’s it your web browser’s User Interface should now be working again.
